Call for abstracts - opens - March 2010 - closes - July 2010
Registration opens - March 2010 - early bird to 1st September
The venue for the meeting is the Millennium Hotel in Queenstown, which has a 4 ½ star conference rating. This hotel is centrally located and is an ideal base with excellent facilities for a meeting of this size. It is a short stroll from the centre of town and offers spectacular views of Cecil Peak and the Remarkable mountain range.

Transport
Airport Shuttles- A conference contracted shuttle company will meet you on arrival and transport you to your accommodation. Bookings for return transfers can be made at the registration desk throughout the conference (delegates own cost $25-$30. Airport taxi cost approx $60)

Privacy Act
Please indicate on the registration form if you do not wish your name to be shared with sponsors to APHIA 2010 or included in any delegate list.
Cancellation
Conference cancellations received prior to 30th October 2010 will be refunded less $150 administration fee. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee. Replacement registrations can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing to the secretariat: pat@dcms.co.nz
