- TCP is a strategic alliance of three established and independent professional conference management companies, based in four main centres. (Christchurch, Dunedin, Nelson and Wellington)
- TCP is able to combine resources to provide extended coverage and resources to manage larger projects.
- TCP provides additional specialty or administrative support for each of the partners.
- TCP will work collaboratively when conferences travel to different centers throughout New Zealand, providing continuity in maintaining institutional/ organisational knowledge and thus making the process easier for the incoming committee the organisation, and sponsors.
